The amount of Waterfall D-Mannose tablets required can vary from person to person. Try and find the correct balance for your own body, for example;.
Two / Three tablets every 2 or 3 hours and once in the night.
Two / Three tablets before sleep.
Two / Three tablets an hour before sex, and immediately afterwards and for continue about 48 hours.
